WP4 – Adaptive design studies in small population groups
The main objectives to achieve are:
- Developing adaptive methods to define the level of evidence required in trials for in small population groups
- Developing adaptive clinical trial designs to confirmatory demonstrating of efficacy
- Developing adaptive designs for comparative effectiveness analysis
