WP1 – Project Management and Coordination
The objective of the WP “Project Management and Coordination” is to build and maintain an effective and efficient project management, encompassing financial, administrative and contractual matters during the entire project period.
Clearly defined management structures have been prepared:
- establish an appropriate liaison with the European Commission for financial administration and reporting,
- establish and maintain a common understanding within the interdisciplinary team by fostering the exchange of project related information,
- supervise and monitor the implementation and project progress according to the scheduled work plan with its tasks, deliverables and milestones,
- assure high-quality documentation of projects’ results in accordance with the reporting periods,
- organise meetings of the Consortium at all stages and provide minutes and documentation,
- oversee gender equity during the entire project duration,
The project management and coordination of IDEAL assures the proper execution of the project within the conditions of time, budget, effectiveness and a high-quality output.
